11.2. Units and Conventions#

The Units and PlugIn-Parameters are defined according to the SI-Units. Parameters have to be expressed in their unified base unit. (E.g. 1 micron for an actuator setPos-command means 0.001 [mm])

11.2.1. General#

  • Indexing starts with 0

  • The names of PlugIns starts with a capital letter

11.2.2. Physical Units#

  • Physical Base Units have to be in [mm; s; kg]

  • Electrical Base Units have to be in [V; A; W]
